We hosted a Fun Casino evening for our residential estate and the experience from start to finish was exceptional. The team was professional, punctual, and brought genuine energy to the event — the casino tables were set up beautifully and the staff made every guest feel welcome and entertained, regardless of whether they had played before. What really stood out was how well the staff read the room — keeping the atmosphere fun and lighthearted while managing the tables with complete professionalism. Our guests are still talking about it days later. The communication leading up to the event was seamless and everything ran exactly as planned on the night. We hosted a "come dine with me" evening, we went with a mafia theme and decided on a poker night for entertainment. the planning was left very late, we contacted Gaming events and they delivered great service at a very affordable price. Table and chips were delivered early on the day of the event, our poker dealer arrived on time and was extremely professional. We were running very late, and dinner went into the first hour of our poker time, Jaco and his staff accomodated us at no extra charge, we had a great night of poker, my guests had a great time and our dealer was outstanding. i would recommend and make use of their service anytime. We have used Gaming Events on two previous occasions, and since our experience with them was good, we decided to book them again for a company function. Within minutes of sending an inquiry, I received a call from Jaco, whose enthusiasm immediately made us feel positive about the staff and the company. A few minutes after our call, I received a written quote, and from there, everything was smooth sailing. Madelaine is amazing—efficient and knowledgeable about their product. From making the booking to finalizing everything for the evening, everything was handled professionally and was such a pleasure. The staff at the event were fun and friendly, and the tables were well-kept. They arrived early for setup and stayed until the end to pack up with us. We were in search of a company who would be able to help us at very short notice and Jaco went above and beyond to make our event happen! Within the same day, a quote was sent, payment was made and arrangements made for delivery and set up of the equipment of the event the very next day! He even brought extras to make our event stand out more! 1st & foremost we need to give credit were its due and that starts with the staff that was running the show & tables. Siya, Dinga and Pam were incredible!! The kids at my son’s Barmitzvah party had the BEST time (and the adults as well!) playing Blackjack and Roulette. The staff were amazing right from the setup with the decor and funny money, to the playing time - dealing with and encouraging all the very excited kids. The most fun and best idea for a party. Definitely worth it to hit them up, we had an amazing time and everyone enjoyed themselves, you can even have your faced printed on the funny money, even my parents joined the party, great people, i still get complements about the party from my friends, everyone loved casino night and the decorations made the whole vibe! Jaco is very responsive, friendly and organised and so is Madelaine who arranges the finer details with you. On time, professional, and knowledgeable.
